New ways of working according to Kāinga Ora

K​āinga Ora’s rapid deployment of a virtual contact centre allowed them to continue to provide essential public sector services during the COVID-19 pandemic. In partnership with Vodafone, 140 Kāinga Ora call centre staff were able to work from home within five days.​
